We publish how our pricing works because vague quotes are how cleaning contracts go wrong. Every figure below is a real starting range for the Montgomery market.

How invoicing works
- Contract clients are invoiced on the first business day of each month, in advance, for that month's service
- Payment terms are net 15 days from invoice date
- We accept ACH bank transfer, business cheque and major credit cards (a 2.9% processing fee applies to card payments)
- One-off and project work requires a 30% deposit, with the balance due on completion
- Annual price reviews happen once per year with a minimum of 45 days' written notice — never mid-contract
- No auto-renewing multi-year terms and no cancellation penalty after the initial 90-day period
